You ship real ANSYS Fluent projects on our HPC cluster, with a senior CFD engineer reviewing your mesh, your physics, and your post-processing every week. Most participants finish with a portfolio piece they're proud to put in front of an employer or thesis committee.
Or 3 monthly payments of $830. Group rates from $1,560 / seat.
We say it loudly so nobody books a call expecting it to be free. Tuition funds your mentor's time and your HPC hours.
You work on live industrial and research briefs. Your mentor reviews mesh, physics, and post-processing weekly.
We accept engineers and graduate students who can commit to the cadence. We turn down applicants who can't.
There are no upsells. The number you see at the top covers everything below - including HPC time, mentor reviews, and the certificate at the end.
Mesh quality, solver settings, convergence, and the way you talk about your results - all reviewed line by line.
You won't simulate on a laptop. Run multiphase, conjugate heat transfer, and LES jobs on real hardware without renting cores yourself.
Hundreds of recorded walkthroughs covering turbulence models, multiphase flows, optimization, and post-processing.
You pick the domain - turbomachinery, aerodynamics, biomedical, HVAC. We hand you the brief, you run it like a junior consultant would.
Issued at completion. Recognised by the employers and academic supervisors who already work with us.
Written by your mentor, based on your work - not a template. Useful for jobs, PhD applications, and visa files.
You can email your mentor with technical questions long after the three months are over. We don't put a clock on it.
Before your first session, your mentor reads your background and asks what you actually want out of three months. A masters student preparing a thesis defence and a working engineer pivoting into combustion need very different programs. We design yours from there.
Two engineers can be in the same group, working on entirely different physics, and both finish with a portfolio piece that fits their next move.
Thesis-ready turbulence study, defended cleanly
Working knowledge of conjugate heat transfer for HVAC briefs
Portfolio of three Fluent projects, with annotated reports
Validated multiphase model that survives external review
Tell us at the application stage. Your mentor is matched to your field - not the other way around.
Airflow optimization, Thermal management, PUE improvement, Hot/cold aisle containment
Drag reduction, Lift optimization, Wake analysis, Hull hydrodynamics
Conjugate heat transfer, Heat exchanger design, Cooling systems, Combustion
Pump & turbine design, Blade optimization, Cavitation analysis, Performance curves
Blood flow simulation, Respiratory modeling, Drug delivery, Medical device design
Wind load analysis, Pollutant dispersion, River flow modeling, Urban microclimate
These six are the most common, not the limit. Combustion, electrochemistry, FSI, MHD, acoustics, atmospheric flow - if it runs in Fluent, we have a mentor for it. Pick "Other" in the form and tell us what you want to work on.
You won't spend three months watching pre-recorded videos. The work is structured, but it's yours.
Mentor walks through the week's objectives. You commit to a deliverable: a meshed geometry, a converged run, a draft report.
You work on the cluster. Async support over chat for blockers. Recordings of relevant techniques delivered when you ask.
Live screen-share. Mentor critiques your mesh quality, residuals, and the way you'd defend the result to a stakeholder.
You document the week the way a junior engineer would document for a senior. By month two, this becomes second nature.
Pick how many of you are applying together and the per-seat price drops automatically. The program is the same either way - same mentor, same HPC access, same certificate. Every detail of how you split the bill is decided after your call with us.
Each extra seat cuts more off the group total - applying as 5 saves $3,200.
2 of you save $500 together. That's $250 off each seat.
3 of you save $1,200 together. That's $400 off each seat.
4 of you save $2,100 together. That's $525 off each seat.
5 of you save $3,200 together. That's $640 off each seat.
One payment, before the group starts. Lightest path for visa and tax filings. per seat. One payment, before the group starts.

First payment before you start. Two more, one month apart. Total: $2,490. per seat, paid in 3 monthly installments.

Refund policy applies if we cancel a group. See the program agreement before payment.
We turn down applicants who can't commit to the cadence. That's not gatekeeping - it's how we keep the program worth its tuition. Read both lists honestly before you apply.
It carries weight with the engineering teams and academic supervisors who already know MR CFD. We won't pretend it's an ABET-accredited degree. What it does prove is three months of mentored, reviewed work on real briefs - which is what hiring managers actually want to see.
Yes. The program is fully online and we've had interns join from over forty countries. Sessions are scheduled around your time zone.
We extend your program at no extra cost. We'd rather you finish well than rush a deliverable. Just talk to your mentor early - last-minute is harder to accommodate than two weeks ahead.
You don't. You'll work through our environment for the duration of the program. If you want to keep using Fluent after the internship, your mentor can advise on licensing options that fit your situation.
Yes, on either payment plan. Tell us at the application stage whether you need it issued to you personally or to an institution - we'll match the invoice to whoever is paying.
A modern browser, a stable internet connection, and a video chat tool for the weekly review. Heavy compute happens on our HPC cluster, not on your laptop.
Many interns do. We discuss extensions case by case, usually with a continuation rate that's lower than the initial tuition. The same mentor stays with you.
In most cases, yes. We've provided supervisor letters, time sheets, and project descriptions to students whose programs require formal documentation. Send us your university's template and we'll work from it.
Question we haven't answered?
info@mr-cfd.comOr you can keep watching free tutorials. Both are valid. Only one ends with a certificate, an HPC-run project, and a reference letter from someone who actually watched you work.
Groups fill on a first-come basis. Send us a short application now and we'll hold your place while you decide between the two payment plans.
