This project investigates the combustion process in a cylindrical chamber with a porous medium using CFD analysis in ANSYS Fluent. The geometry was designed in ANSYS Design Modeler and meshed using ANSYS Meshing, resulting in a high-quality mesh with 815,135 elements. The simulation employs the RNG k-ε turbulence model, Discrete Ordinate (DO) radiation model, and Species Transport model with Volumetric Reactions. Additional submodels for NOx and Soot formation are included. A cylindrical porous zone with 0.5 fluid porosity is incorporated near the inlet. The study demonstrates the impact of the porous medium on flow patterns, temperature distribution, species concentrations, and pollutant formation.

In this project, fire of a fuel tank caused by fuel leakage is modeled using ANSYS Fluent. The geometry was created in SpaceClaim, and a mesh consisting of 1,262,049 elements was generated using ANSYS Meshing. The effect of blowing wind on the temperature of the room 10m away from this tank is investigated.
Evaluation of NO and Soot Emissions from Wood Gas Flare, ANSYS Fluent
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $140
The problem numerically simulates Evaluation of NO and Soot Emissions from Wood Gas Flare using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 3-D model with the SpaceClaim software. We Mesh the model with ANSYS Meshing software, and the element number equals 2.8 millions. Energy and species transport models were enabled to account for heat transfer and chemical reactions.
Methane Combustion in a Gas Stove CFD Simulation, ANSYS Fluent
Beginner, Intermediate
Price: $28
In this project, the combustion of methane in a gas stove was modeled using ANSYS Fluent. Methane mechanism was chosen for reaction mechanism and eddy dissipation model used for turbulence-chemistry. The geometry was created in Design Modeler, and a mesh consisting of 5,533,297 elements was generated using Fluent Meshing.

In this project, the combustion of kerosene in a model gas turbine combustor, with all its complexities, was modeled using ANSYS Fluent. Soot formation in the combustion process was modeled with the Moss-Brooks model by selecting "C2H2" and "C2H4" species as precursors for surface growth, and the Lee model for oxidation. The geometry was created in SpaceClaim, and a mesh consisting of 51,427 elements was generated using ANSYS Meshing. The rates of nucleation, surface growth, coagulation, and oxidation, as well as the soot mass fraction and temperature in the combustor, were investigated in this study.

In this project, a Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB) Boiler is simulated using ANSYS Fluent software. The 3-D geometry is designed in spaceclaim then meshed in ANSYS Meshing producing 437,472 unstructured cells. The species transport including volumetric reactions, is taken into account for modeling combustion. The DPM model is used to model the particles.
Price: $60
In this project, liquid fuel combustion is simulated using DPM module. The geometry was designed in SpaceClaim, and a mesh with 769000 elements was generated using ANSYS Meshing. The species transport module is employed. The fuel is ethanol and the oxidizer is nitrous oxide.
Turbulent Asymmetric Vortex Flame CFD Simulation, Paper Numerical Validation
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $32
The current CFD Analysis numerically Validates the Paper "Computational and experimental investigations of turbulent asymmetric vortex flames" via ANSYS Fluent software. We have designed and meshed the geometry using GAMBIT®, producing unstructured 375,534 cells. The Species Transport model is used to simulate the reaction. The turbulent flow is simulated using these turbulence models: RNG k-epsilon, Realizable k-epsilon, Standard k-epsilon, k-omega, Spalart Almaras and Reynolds stress.
Solid Fuel Ramjet Engine, SFRJ, CFD Simulation, ANSYS Fluent
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $80
In this project, a solid fuel ramjet (SFRJ) engine has been numerically simulated by ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 2-D model by the Design Modeler software. We Mesh the model with ANSYS Meshing software. The mesh type is Structured, and the element number equals 35,224. We use the Species Transport model to define the combustion process.
