Biomass Combustion CFD Simulation, ANSYS Fluent Training
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $260
The problem numerically simulates the biomass combustion process inside a gasifier chamber using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 2-D model by the Gambit software. We Mesh the model by Gambit software, and the element number equals 1108. We use the DPM model to define spraying the fuel in the chamber as discrete particles. We define Non-Premixed Combustion in the Species model. We use the P1 Radiation model to define radiant heat energy from the flames.
Fluidized Bed Polymerization Reactor, Paper Numerical Validation, ANSYS Fluent Training
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $240
The problem numerically simulates Fluidized Bed Polymerization Reactor using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 2-D model by the Design Modeler software. We Mesh the model by ANSYS Meshing software, and the element number equals 938174. We perform this simulation as unsteady (Transient). We perform the simulation according to a Reference Article and validate the results. We use the Eulerian Multi-Phase model to define the suspension of solid particles within a fluid flow like a fluidized bed.
Ogee Spillway CFD Simulation, ANSYS Fluent Training
Beginner, Intermediate
Price: $28
The problem numerically simulates the Ogee Spillway using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 3-D model by the Design Modeler software. We Mesh the model by ANSYS Meshing software, and the element number equals 10959. We use the VOF Multi-Phase model to define water and air in channels.

The present problem simulates the flow of water through a spillway by ANSYS Fluent software. The 3-D geometry of the present model is designed using Design Modeler software. The meshing of the model has been done using ANSYS Meshing software and the element number is 698691. The Transient solver is applied. To define the two-phase flow in this simulation, a Multiphase VOF (volume of fluid) model is used, considering the Free Surface model.

The present problem simulates the gasification process inside a gasifier chamber by ANSYS Fluent. The present 3-D model is designed using Design Modeler software. The meshing of the model has been done using ANSYS Meshing software. The element number is 219170. Water vapor is created by the process of evaporation of water droplets inside the chamber by applying DPM. The species transport model with volumetric reactions has been used and to define the type of reactants and the process of chemical reactions. The CHEMKIN mechanism has been used, which includes 5 chemical reactions involving 8 different types of reactants and products. This model also assumes that Radiation heat transfer due to chemical reactions occurs inside the gasifier chamber, and hence, the P1 model is defined for simulation.
Spray Dryer ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Tutorial
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $220
In this product, a spray dryer is simulated by ANSYS Fluent software. The geometry of this project has been designed using Desing Modeler software The mesh was created on this geometry using ANSYS Meshing software. The element number is 84047. We have used the Species Transport Model in this simulation. The hot airflow, is responsible for evaporating the moisture in the solution.
