Paper Validation Online Courses

Paper numerical validation seems imperative as the first step of any industrial and academic project and thesis. We can validate our solution method by comparing our CFD simulation results with the numerical and experimental data in published papers and articles. After we show that the CFD methods that we are applying are accurate, we can carry out more studies, investigations, and optimization on any specific project. So, the starting phase of any credit study should be Paper Validation. Learn more by watching this video

This product simulates a Twisted Beam using ANSYS Static Structural software. We model the 3D geometry using the DesignModeler software and mesh it with a Structured grid. This project has been implemented in Four Cases: no twist / with a 180-degree twist and lengths of 350 mm / 700 mm. We use Fixed Support and Force Load as the load boundary conditions. We represent a Paper Validation with a reference Article.

This project numerically simulates the Solar Chimney using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 3-D model with the Design Modeler software. We mesh the model with ANSYS Meshing software. We use the Discrete Ordinates (DO) Radiation Model to define the radiation heat transfer. We use the Solar Ray Tracing to define the solar irradiation. The present CFD work is Validated with a reference Article.

This project presents a three-dimensional transient CFD simulation of a four-blade cycloidal rotor using ANSYS Fluent with a moving mesh approach. The rotor uses NACA 0015 blades with prescribed pitching motion, and the flow is modeled with the SST k-omega turbulence model in an unstructured mesh domain. Aerodynamic loads, disk loading, and power loading are computed from the transient solution and compared with the article “Numerical Modelling of Geometrical Effects in the Performance of a Cycloidal Rotor.” The close agreement between the numerical results and the published data confirms the validity of the geometry, mesh, and solver settings used in this study.

This product numerically simulates a Battery Pack using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 3-D model with the Design Modeler software. We mesh the model with ANSYS Meshing software. The battery pack is constructed of six batteries stacked in Series, called 1P6S. We use the Battery Model to define the discharge process of a battery. We use the Multi-Scale Multi-Domain (MSMD) solution method and the NTGK electrochemistry model. The present CFD work is Validated with a reference Article.
