Airborne Wind Turbine Aerodynamic Analysis, Paper Numerical Validation, ANSYS Fluent Training
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $24
The current CFD Analysis Validates the Paper 'Aerodynamic analysis of an airborne wind turbine with three different aerofoil-based buoyant shells using steady RANS simulations' via ANSYS Fluent software. We have designed the geometry using ANSYS Design modeler software and created the mesh on this geometry using ICEM CFD software. The mesh type is hexahedra with 859,934 cells. The k-ω SST turbulence model is used in this simulation. The Pressure Coefficient parameter is compared and validated with the article results.

Archimedes Screw Turbine (AST) CFD Simulation
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $60
The problem numerically simulates the Archimedes Screw Turbine (AST) using ANSYS Fluent software. We design the 3-D model with the Design Modeler software. The model is meshed by ANSYS Meshing software, and the element number is more than 2000000 elements. The simulation is carried out Transient state and Mesh Motion model. The VOF model and Open Channel Flow option are used.
Two-Blade Savonius Wind Turbine: 3-D
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $48
This project uses ANSYS Fluent to numerically simulate a Savonius (two-blade) wind turbine. The 3D model is built in SpaceClaim. The model is meshed in ANSYS Meshing, with an element count of 494,456. The simulation is run as unsteady (transient). The Mesh Motion model is used to define the rotational motion.
The Renewable Energy GOLDEN Training Package is MR CFD’s most complete ANSYS Fluent collection for clean-energy simulation, with 75+ hands-on tutorials that take you from first setup to advanced, publication-level modeling. Built for professors, CEOs, research teams, and engineering firms, it gives your group a ready-to-use project library, so new members become productive quickly and ongoing work starts from proven templates.
