The present problem simulates the gasification process inside a gasifier chamber by ANSYS Fluent. The present 3-D model is designed using Design Modeler software. The meshing of the model has been done using ANSYS Meshing software. The element number is 219170. Water vapor is created by the process of evaporation of water droplets inside the chamber by applying DPM. The species transport model with volumetric reactions has been used and to define the type of reactants and the process of chemical reactions. The CHEMKIN mechanism has been used, which includes 5 chemical reactions involving 8 different types of reactants and products. This model also assumes that Radiation heat transfer due to chemical reactions occurs inside the gasifier chamber, and hence, the P1 model is defined for simulation.
Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber 2-D CFD Simulation
Intermediate
Price: $28
In this project, methane-air fuel mixture combustion inside a gas turbine combustion chamber is simulated by ANSYS Fluent software. The geometry required for this analysis, which includes only the gas turbine injector part, is designed in ANSYS Design Modeler and mesh inside ANSYS Meshing. The mesh type used for this geometry is structured and the element number is 197006. the species transport model is used to analyze the combustion process by applying the Eddy Dissipation method. Simulation is done using a density-based solver.

In this project, the pollutant prediction is simulated inside a combustion chamber by ANSYS Fluent. This process will also result in different productions, including pollutants like NOx, SOx, Soot, etc. The species transport model is used to analyze the combustion process. The Finite Rate / Eddy Dissipation method has been used to investigate the chemical-turbulent interaction of combustion reactants, applying a Probability Density Function (PDF). The Ideal Gas equation has also been used to determine the density changes due to temperature changes.
Spray Dryer ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Tutorial
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $220
In this product, a spray dryer is simulated by ANSYS Fluent software. The geometry of this project has been designed using Desing Modeler software The mesh was created on this geometry using ANSYS Meshing software. The element number is 84047. We have used the Species Transport Model in this simulation. The hot airflow, is responsible for evaporating the moisture in the solution.
Cyclone by DPM ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Training
Intermediate, Advanced
Price: $48
This product is a gas cyclone device CFD simulation by ANSYS Fluent software. Due to the centrifugal force and heavier weight, particles separate from the gas stream and move downward due to gravitational force. Design Modeler software models the current 3-D geometry. ANSYS Meshing software grid the present model. The element number is 142499. the solid particles enter the cyclone interior from the top as the discrete phase, applying the Discrete Phase Model (DPM). We also define the discrete phase injection as the INERT of the cyclone inlet.
Combustion Chamber (Transient) ANSYS Fluent CFD Simulation Tutorial
Beginner, Intermediate
Price: $32
In this project, a combustion chamber is simulated by ANSYS Fluent software applying a Transient and Pressure-based solver, considering the gravity effect. The geometry of the present model is 3-D, and Design Modeler software designs it. ANSYS Meshing software performs the meshing of the current model. The element number is equal to 694928. The Species Transport Model is activated to model the combustion.
